Flower Foodie: Refreshing Minted Rose Water

We all have to remember to consume lots of water during the hot Summer months to stay hydrated, so why not dress your water up with mint and rose petals. Sunday Suppers recommends this recipe: 
2 Cups Cool Water
1/4 tsp Rosewater
3 Sprigs Mint
A few Rose Petals for garish (organic/eco-friendly are edible)

These little touches to your water makes it much more enjoyable to drink.
